【摘要】 通过西双版纳天然林保护工程启动后的调查分析 ,就启动后不利于项目建设存在的几个问题 ,提出建议。

【Abstract】 This article offers some suggestions on several problems, occurred after the start up of Xishuangbanna Natural Forest Protection Project, which are harmful to the Project construction through survey and analysis.
