【摘要】 目的 :探讨食管鳞癌癌变过程c myc蛋白的表达情况。方法 :采用SABC免疫组化法 ,检测 45例食管鳞癌组织、癌旁粘膜及切缘正常粘膜上皮的c myc表达情况。结果 :不典型增生、原位癌、浸润癌c myc蛋白表达水平较高 ,阳性率分别为 6 2 1% ,90 0 %及 82 2 %。癌组织中c myc表达与分化程度无关 (P >0 0 5 ) ,而与淋巴结转移有关 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :c myc高表达在食管鳞癌的发生及发展中起一定作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study c myc protein expression in esophageal squamous cell canceration course.Method:Immunohistochemical SABC method was used to detect the expression of c myc in 45 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) lesion,para cancerous mucosa and normal mucosa.Results:The expression levels of dysplasia,in situ carcinoma and invasive cancerous lesion was high.The positve rate of them was 62 1%,90 0% and 82 2% respectively.The expression of c myc protein was correlation with lymphatic metastasis ( P <0 05),but not correlation with differentiation( P >0 05).Conclusion:c myc protein may play some role in ESCC occurring and progression.更多还原
