【Abstract】 Objective:To determine actin in the nuclear matrices of the hepatocytes of rats.Methods:The nuclear matrices of hepatocytes were analyzed by SDS_PAGE and the actin was detected by Western Blot.Results:The polypeptide of 43 KD was found to occur in the nuclear matrices of the hepatocytes.It was determined to be actin by Western Blot analysis.Conclusion:The actin was demonstrated to be a component of the nuclear matrices of hepatocytes of rats.更多还原
