南瓜多糖的分离提取及其降血糖作用的研究
Study on Extraction and Separation o f Pumpkin Polysaccharide and it’ s Glucatonic Effect
【摘要】 依据中草药汤剂的提取方法,将南瓜中的营养成分尽可能全部提取出来,以小白鼠血糖值为筛选指标,分离提取降血糖活性最高的组分。结果表明,丙酮沉淀物的降血糖活性最高,初步鉴定为南瓜多糖。
【Abstract】 According to the separation method o f the Chinese traditional medicine,the entire nutrition ingredient can basically be extracted in the pumpkin.The most active element of r educing blood sugar is extracted by t he index of rats’ blood sugar.The results indicated t hat the highest active reducing blood sugar subject is the a cetone deposit,and the pumpkin poly saccharide is identified primarily.
