激光干涉实时大角度测量方法研究
Study on the laser interference angle measurement
【摘要】 采用激光角度传感器镀膜技术及双光路系统，使激光干涉角度测量的测角范围达±１００，并具有实时、动态的特性。
【Abstract】 Laser interference angle measurement is a non-contact. dynamic and realtime method. By using two beams system and coating holographic angle sensor. the experimental angular range is expended to ± 100°.
