【摘要】 本文结合黑龙江省公路发生水毁灾害的情况 ,提出根治和预防水毁的措施 ,力争在设计洪水时安全可靠 ,在历史性特大洪水条件下 ,保证公路不发生或很少发生水毁问题 ,达到减灾目的更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the disaster of highway flood destroy in Heilongjiang Province,the authors present the radical care and prevention measure for flood destroy, to ensure safety and reliability of highway under expectant flood condition and to ensure highway having no or little flood destroy in historical largest flood conditions to achieve the goal of reduction disaster.更多还原
