【摘要】 本文首先论述语篇与图像的六种主要交际功能:表达功能、指向功能、信息功能、应对性功能、诗歌功能及语境功能;接着探讨语篇与图像在共存的交际情景中所表现出的三种相互关系:固定与被固定的关系,超越与被超越的关系和接力赛参与者的关系;然后简述语篇与图像的理解过程,并介绍了一种简易的分析模式。文章最后强调研究语篇与图像的学术价值和实用意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper first discusses the major functions of text and picture, i.e. the expressive, the directive, the informational, the interactional, the poetic, and the contextual functions. Next, the paper probes into the three relationships between text and picture in communicative situations: either the text anchors the picture or vice versa; either the picture is superior to the text or vice versa; both being participants in a relay. Then it sets up and exemplifies the process of comprehension of text and picture and introduces a simple model for analysis. Finally, it emphasizes the academic value and practical usefulness of studying text and picture together.更多还原
