【摘要】 目的：探讨大面积皮肤撕脱伤后皮肤坏死创面的治疗方法。方法： 40例大面积皮肤撕脱伤清创处理原位缝合后皮瓣坏死创面，全部采用湿润烧伤膏（ MEBO）治疗。结果：创面全部自行愈合，皮肤弹性好，色泽接近正常，无瘢痕挛缩及关节僵直，亦无感染加重及败血症发生。结论： MEBO对大面积皮肤撕脱伤后皮瓣坏死创面有较好治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the method for treating necrotic wound after large area skin avulsion. Method: 40 cases of this disease were treated with MEBO. Results: All the wounds healed spontaneously with good elasticity. Skin color was nearly normal. No cicatricial contracture and no ankylosis occurred. No infection and no septicemia happened. Conclusion: MEBO is effective in treating necrotic wounds after large area skin avulsion.更多还原
