【摘要】 目的：总结运用中西医结合疗法治疗新生儿烧伤的临床经验。方法： 1991年 1月～ 2000年 12月间收治的全部新生儿烧伤病例为治疗对象，采用液体复苏和 MEBO外涂创面暴露或包扎等综合疗法。结果： 7例治愈， 2例好转，平均治愈时间 16天。结论：在全身综合措施治疗下， MEBO可减轻患儿痛苦及创面再损伤，创面脱腐快，利于创面愈合；预后无瘢痕生长，无功能障碍。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To summarize the experience in treating neonatal burn with integrated Chinese and western medicine. Method: 9 cases of neonatal burn were treated with MEBO (using exposed or bandaged method) associated with fluid resuscitation. Results： 7 cases cured and 2 cases turned better. The average healing time was 16 days. Conclusion: Associated with systemic treatment, MEBO can relieve pain and reduce further injury of the wound. It promotes wound healing and prevents scar formation. No dysfunction was found.更多还原
