【摘要】 目的：评价基层医院应用 ＭＥＢＴ／ＭＥＢＯ治疗成批烧伤病人的疗效。方法：１９９６年１月至 １９９９年 １２月收治的五批共３１例重度烧伤病人进行ＭＥＢＴ／ＭＥＢＯ规范化治疗。结果：３０例治愈，１例因侵袭性感染合并消化道出血死亡，治愈率９６．８％。结论：ＭＥＢＴ／ＭＥＢＯ方法简单，疗效可靠，适应于基层医院成批烧伤病人的抢救和治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of MEBO in treating groups of burn patients. Method: 5 groups including 31 bum patients were treated with MEBT/MEBO. Results: 30 patients cured and one patients died of invasive infection complicated by digestive tract bleeding. The curative rate was 96. 8%. Conclusion: MEBT/MEBO had very re- liable efficacy. It is simple and easy to apply and is suitable to be popularized to grass root hospitals to rescue groups of burn patients.更多还原
