含磷阻燃剂DEEP的合成
The Synthesis of Phosphorus Contained Flame retardant Agent of Ethylphosphonate
【摘要】 以石油醚作溶剂 ,氨法一步合成中间体亚磷酸三乙酯 ,再合成目标产物乙基膦酸二乙酯 (以下简称DEEP) .以DEEP作阻燃剂 ,在软质聚氨酯制品中进行氧指数测试 ,结果表明DEEP是软质聚氨酯制品的理想阻燃剂
【Abstract】 A method that diethyl ethyl phosphonate(Ⅰ)is synthesized.Triethyl phosphite(Ⅱ)is prepared by PCl 3 and relevant alcohol in petroleum ether.Ammonia gas is used to absorb HCl that is giving off from above reaction process.Ⅱ is important intermediate to synthesize Ⅰ.And product Ⅰis used as component in polyurethane flexible foam to get flame retardant samples and their oxygen index are measured.
