【Abstract】 Among the fruits and vegetables,cucumbers are the most seriously polluted by organophorous pesticides. The regular determining method is chromatographic analysis. But it is complicate and expensive. Based on the toxicology theory that organophorous can inhibit Ache activity a new simple rapid method was devised.
