活性双歧杆菌奶片的研制
Development of tablet containing living bifidobacteria
【摘要】 介绍了双歧杆菌的生理功能及活性双歧杆菌奶片的配方设计、工艺流程和工艺要点。
【Abstract】 Bio\|functions of bifidobacteria are introduced. Formula design and technology know\|how of processing a tablet containing living frozen\|dried bifidobacteria are discussed.
