【Abstract】 A method for the determination of the carbohydrates in hydrolysate by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is presented. Galactose, glucose, lactose in the sample can be simultaneously determined by Sugar pak I column with water as mobile phase and using RI detector. The correlation coefficients are 0.999?1～0.999?7 with CVs from 0. 87% to 1.2%. The recoveries are 96.73%～102.6%.更多还原
