【Abstract】 In competitive sports, victory factors are not singular, but a group. Rules to victory are the most fundamental and the most important ones in the practice of competitive sports. The activities of competitive sports, including management, decision making, competition, and training, must be in accordance with the requirements of the rules to victory. We may sum the victory factors into four: difficulty, innovation, stabilization, and beauty, and the factors are not singular.
