【Abstract】 The establishment of the public Prosecution Censorship Systems, derived from the pursuit of procedure’s justice and efficiency, embodies the emphasis on the protection of the accused’s human rights. In Chinese existing public prosecution censorship system, the disadvantages of the old system are being tried hard to eliminate, whereas the inherent function and value of it is neglected. Therefore, it is necessary to rethink and reform it on the whole based on comparison and learning.更多还原
