【Abstract】 With the foundation and development of China’s market economy and especially with the impending access to WTO,it becomes more and more clear that the reform of China’s financial system has already fallen behind,compared with the macroeconomic system and the reform in many other regions.So it’s more and more urgent for us to implement the reform on interest rates marketization.In this article,the author makes an analysis on the necessity and feasibility of the reform.
