【摘要】 目的　探讨煤工尘肺葡萄球菌肺炎发病率、临床特征、预后。方法　对我院 3 8例 44例次煤工尘肺葡萄球菌肺炎进行了回顾性分析。结果　尘肺住院病人葡萄球菌肺炎发病为 1 16% ,病死率 13 15 % ,经验用药与药敏符合率 46 2 %。结论　煤工尘肺院内葡萄球菌肺炎发病率高 ,耐药情况重 ,预后差更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the incidence,clinical features and prognosis of nosocomial staphylococcal pneumonia in patients with coal workers pneumoconiosis.Methods Thirty eight hospitalized cases,with 44 episodes,of nosocomial staphylococcal pneumonia complicated in the patients of coal workers pneumoconiosis were analyzed retrospectively.Results Incidence of nosocomial staphylococcal pneumonia was 1 16% in the patients with coal workers pneumoconiosis,with a case fatality ratio of 13 15%.Forty four strains of staphylococcus were isolated from 166 specimens.The patients were treated with antibiotics in empirical use,only 46 2% in coincidence with the results of sensitive tests.Conclusions Patients with coal workers pneumoconiosis tended to be complicated with nosocomial staphylococcal pneumonia during their hospitalization,which was more resistant to a few antibiotics with a poor prognosis.更多还原
