【摘要】 采用琼脂糖凝胶电泳技术研究亚稀褶黑菇提取液诱导小白鼠肝肾细胞凋亡 .结果显示 ,小白鼠亚稀褶黑菇抽提液中毒后 ,肝肾细胞 DNA 经琼脂糖凝胶电泳出现 180～ 2 0 0 bp整数倍的 DNA梯形带 ,19.0～ 2 8.5 g/ L范围内 ,亚稀褶黑菇提取液诱导肝肾细胞凋亡表现出时间和剂量依赖性 .结果表明 ,亚稀褶黑菇提取液能诱导小白鼠肝肾细胞凋亡 ,亚稀褶黑菇提取液诱导肝肾细胞凋亡是亚稀褶黑菇中毒后机体病变死亡的重要表现形式之一更多还原

【Abstract】 The apoptosis induced by extract of Russula subnigricans Hongo was investigated in mouse liver and kidney cells by agarose gel electrophoresis.The result showed that agarose gel electrophoresis of DNA extracted from poisoned mouse liver and kidney cells revealed typical 180～200 bp integer fold "ladder" bands.Apoptosis induced by extract of Russula subnigricans Hongo was dose and time dependent.The result indicated that extract of Russula subnigricans Hongo could induce apoptosis in mouse liver and kidney cells.更多还原
