碾压混凝土初凝时间测试新方法电动势法
A new method for measuring initial setting time of roller compacted concrete
【摘要】 碾压混凝土层间允许间隔时间是影响层面结合质量的重要因素 ,而层面初凝时间决定了层间允许间隔时间 .作者首创了测试碾压混凝土层面初凝时间的新方法—电动势法 .该法利用电化学原理 ,将一对Ag2 O Ag Cu (氧化银 银 铜 )电极和水泥浆组成原电池 ,通过测量电动势 ,就可以准确测定混凝土的初凝时间 .文中介绍了电动势法测量水泥初凝时间的原理、室内试验和在大朝山水电站碾压混凝土坝筑坝现场测试结果 .还介绍了采用电动势微分曲线的突变点确定水泥的初凝时间比采用电动势曲线精确
【Abstract】 A new technique based on Electro\|Motive Force(EMF) method for measuring the setting time of RCC is developed.The principle of electrochemical is applied.A pair of electrodes mjade of Cu\|Ag\-2O/Ag is embedded in the cement mortar to form a electro\|motive cell.As the result of the transformation of free water molecule into crystal water,the ion’s concentration taking part in the cell reaction changes continually during hydration of cement.The initial setting of RCC can be accurately measured via measuring the EMF of the motive cell,since the changing of EMF indicates the process of cement setting.The test results both in lab and in construction site of RCC dam in Dachaoshan Hydropower Station are introduced.It demonstrates that the proposed technique is applicable.
