【Abstract】 In the course of modernization in Iran in 60s and 70s, the Iranian government sent knowedge army, public health army and development army to the countiyside,starting “the Three Armies Going to the Countryside” movement.Its essence is to promote balanced national development and sustainable developeent, through govenmental action, to support rural modernization with urban moderization, to radiate urban modern civilization to the countryside, thus to shorten the gap between the city and countryside,and realize systematic development of city and countryside.This is the profound demostration of systematicness and complexity in modern construction.更多还原
