【摘要】 介绍难印塑料的印前处理。研究了混合溶剂、处理温度和处理时间对塑料材料的油墨附着性和临界表明张力的影响。结果表明 ,环己烷石油醚 (体积比 7:3)混合液是处理LDPE合适的溶剂 ,环己烷三氯乙烯 (体积比 8:2 )混合液是处理PP合适的溶剂。随处理温度的提高 ,处理效果随之提高 ,6 0℃时已达到处理要求 ;随处理时间的增加油墨剥离量增加更多还原

【Abstract】 s The printing pretreatment for plastics hard to print is introduced.The effects of mixed solvent,temperature and time on the adhesion of printing ink to plastics and the effects on the critical surface tension of the plastics were studied.The results showed cyclohexane petroleum ether(volume ratio 7:3) mixed solvent was the proper solvent for the pretreatment of LDPE,and cyclohexane trichloroethylene (volume ratio 8:2) was better for PP.The treating results increased with the increase of treating temperature, meeting the requirement of treatment at 60℃;the pealed amount of the ink increased with the increase of treating time.更多还原
