平面闸门流固耦合自振特性研究

【摘要】 为了使设计的闸门自振频率远离水流的高能脉动主频率段 ,以保证闸门的安全 ,在重点考虑流固耦合引起的“附加质量”对闸门自振特性的影响的基础上 ,采用三维边界元的数值分析方法 ,获取闸门的自振频率和振型模态特性。对德清大闸定轮平面闸门的数值计算结果表明 :水头对闸门的影响总趋势是使其自振频率降低、振动模态发生变化 ;闸门局部开启工况第 1阶频率较低 ,振型主要是门叶沿竖直方向的整体振动 ;低阶振动模态中除门叶竖直方向的整体振动模态外 ,其余各阶均显示为门叶的弹性变形振动。为提高闸门自振频率 ,需对其结构进行优化设计

【Abstract】 In order to make the free vibration of design gate far from the main frequency scope of high energy pulse of water flow to guarantee the safety of gate, on the basis of considering the impacts of the additional mass caused by liquid solid coupling on the free vibration of gate, we adopt the three dimensional boundary finite analysis method to gain the free vibration frequency and vibration pattern characteristics of gate. The calculation results on the fixed wheel plane gate of Deqing gate showed that the impact of water head on gate is to lower the free vibration of gate and change its vibration patterns. In order to increase the free vibration frequency of gate, it is necessary to optimize the design of the structure of gate.
