自循环蒸发冷却技术在水轮发电机上的应用
Application of self-circulation evaporation-cooling technology to hydro-generating unit
【摘要】 长期以来水轮发电机多用空气为介质对其定子、转子绕组以及铁芯进行冷却。随着大型水电站的开发建设和单机容量的增大 ,蒸发冷却将得到广泛的应用。蒸发冷却是采用低沸点、无毒、无污染、不腐蚀电机用材的冷却介质 ,具有高绝缘和不燃性能 ;是靠绕组损耗转化形成的动力进行密闭无泵自循环冷却。因此在水轮发电机上采用会获得良好的技术性能。这种冷却方式从 70年代末就开始进行工业机组研制和试验 ,1983年运用于云南大寨电站 2台 10MW机组 ;1992年运用于陕西安康火石岩电站的 5 2 5MW机组 ,1999年运用于李家峡 40 0MW的机组。实践证明 ,这种冷却方式具有广泛应用价值 ,可应用于中等容量以上的机组 ,特别适用于高速、蓄能和调峰机组
【Abstract】 For a long time, the hydro generator has usually used air as medium to cool its stator, rotor winding and iron core. With the development of large scale hydropower station and the increase of installed capacity of generating unit, the evaporation cooling has been applied widely. The evaporation cooling uses the materials with low boiling point, non toxicity, non pollution and non corrosion as its cooling medium so that it has the performances of high insulation and non burning. It uses the energy transformation of the loss of winding to the power to form a closed self circulation cooling system without pump. Therefore it is applied in hydro generator and gains good technical performances. Such cooling way has began its industrial development and test since the end of 1970s and was applied in two generating units of 10 MW in Dazhai Hydropower Station in Yunnan Province in 1983, 52.5 MW generating unit of Ankang Houshiyan Hydropower Station in 1992, 400 MW generating unit of Lijiaxia Hydropower Station in 1999. The practice has showed that such cooling way has wide application value. It can apply to the generating unit with medium capacity and especially suitable to the high speed, pumped storage power and peaking generating unit.
