【Abstract】 This paper point out that machinery and electric equipment of manufacture trade is one of the biggest resource users, sometime, it is also the biggest environmental pollution resource. To realize the sustainable development strategy in 21 century, this paper suggests that we do our best to reduce the loss of effectiveness and the harm of waste products to the environment by green remanufacture engineering and make use of the components and parts of failure products to the utmost.
