普鲁蓝酶在木薯粉酒精生产中的应用研究
Study on The Application of Promozyme in Alcohol Yield from Cassava Meal
【摘要】 对普鲁蓝酶在木薯粉酒精生产中的应用进行了研究。添加普鲁蓝酶能提高原料出酒率约3%,其作用的最适条件:酶添加量为0.3pun/g原料,作用温度为45~55℃,作用pH值为5.5。
【Abstract】 The application of promozyme in alcohol yield from cassava meal was studied. The results show that adding promozyme into the material can increases the yield of alcohol by 3%. The optimal reaction conditions are as follows: adding with 0.2pun promozyme per gram of material, 45℃ ~55℃ and pH5.5.
