【Abstract】 The development of Swedish private forestry can be divided into five periods: initial time (before 1850), formation time (1850-1905), development time (1905-1960), restructure time(1960-1990) and mature time(since 1990). Six forest laws were enacted in Sweden in 20th century, which have played a key role in guiding the behaviors of the Swedish private forestry. There are three organizations that are important in management of the Swedish private forest. They are County [WT10.5,10.]Forestry Boards, Forest Owner Association and National Forestry Board. What we learn from the development of Swedish private forestry are that micro policy control, the important forest laws, specialized organs for implementing forest law and extensive social service system.更多还原
