组织超细化预处理工艺对超塑焊接头变形的影响
Effect of Structure Ultra Fining Treatment to Deformation of Superplastic Welding Joint
【摘要】 以结构钢 (40 Cr)与工具钢 (T10 A)为研究对象 ,探讨了压前 2种不同组织超细化预处理工艺 (整体循环淬火和高频淬火 )对恒温超塑焊接接头变形的影响。试验结果表明 :压前组织越细 ,其接头变形越大 ;与 40 Cr侧相比 ,T10 A侧接头变形均较大
【Abstract】 Taking structural steel (40Cr) and tool steel (T10A) as an object of study,effect of two different structure ultra fining treatment technology before welding (salt bath cyclic quenching and high frequency hardening )on the deformation characteristic of isothermal superplastic welding joint has been examined.The experimental results indicates:The finer the structure before welding,the bigger the welding joint deformation.In comparison with 40Cr side,the welding joint deformation of T10A side is evenly bigger.
