【Abstract】 According to Xis academic viewpoint "Arthritis is caused by kidney-spleen asthenia and internal dampness accumulation","Xis Tongfengling" was made and employed to treat primary gout in 516 case and renal damage in 144 cases.Results showed excellent effect in 350 cases,good effect in 118 cases,improvement in 24 cases and failure in 24 cases in reducing serum uric acid and controlling the relapse of arthritis in a short time,the total effective rate being 95.34%;3～10-year follow-up in 464 cases showed excellent and good effect in 415 cases(89.44%), P <0.001 between pre-treatment and post-treatment.In the 144 cases of renal damage,92 cases obtained effectiveness among the 102 cases of slight renal damage and the effective rate was 90.19%;28 cases got effectiveness among the 37 cases of middle renal damage and the effective rate was 75.68%;the total effective rate was 86.33%.更多还原
