【摘要】 为探讨中药根除幽门螺杆菌 (HP)的疗效。辨证论治HP感染 2 15例 ,并与 2 0 4例西药(OFA三联法 )组对照 ,疗程均为 1W。结果 :中药组有效率 76 3% ,西药组为 83 3% ,两组疗效相仿(P >0 0 5 )。提示 :中药可替代西药治疗HP感染更多还原
