【摘要】 为探讨中药复方糖尿宁对糖尿病性神经病变 (DN)的防治作用及机理 ,采用链脲菌素制备动物模型 ,给予糖尿宁灌胃治疗 ,观察空腹血糖、血清胰岛素、坐骨神经传导速度、红细胞山梨醇浓度、红细胞滤过指数及红细胞电泳时间等变化。结果显示该药能降低血糖 ,升高胰岛素 ,加快神经传导速度 ,降低山梨醇浓度和红细胞滤过指数及缩短红细胞电泳时间。提示糖尿宁是通过多环节、多途径治疗糖尿病更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the effects of "Tangniao Ning",a Chinese patent medicine,on fasting blood sugar and serum insulin of diabetic neuropathy,"Tangniao Ning"was used to treat diabetic neuropathy in rats.The fasting blood sugar,serum insulin,conduction velocity of sciatic nerve,content of sorbitol,filtration index and electrophoresis time of erythrocyte were measured.Results showed that this medicine could lower blood sugar,increase insulin and conduction velocity of sciatic nerve,reduce the content of sorbitol,filtration index and electrophoresis time of erythrocyte.更多还原
