棉叶螨抗药性监测试验研究
Studies on the Cotton Leaf Mite Resistance Monitoring to Insecticides
【摘要】 用胶粘法对农学院试验站和 148团棉田的棉叶螨进行几种常用药剂的抗性测定 ,将以上结果与 1992年新植棉区棉叶螨 (相对敏感品系 )测定结果相比较 ,两地对氧化乐果的抗性测定倍数分别为 1.7和 2 .1倍 ,均表现具有一定耐药力 ;对灭扫利的测定 ,两地抗性倍数分别为 9.6和 1.9倍 ,试验站的棉叶螨已产生低水平抗性 ;对三氯杀螨醇的测定 ,两地抗性倍数分别为 135 .7和 2 5 .6倍 ,试验站棉叶螨表现为高抗水平 ,148团棉叶螨表现为中抗水平。
【Abstract】 This paper has determined the cotton leaf mite resistance to several insecticides in common using by the glued method in the agricultural experimental field and State Farm 148, respectively in comparison with the result of the cotton leaf mite in new cotton area(the comparatively susceptible population) in 1992.The Dimethoate resistance level of both areas mites are 1.7 and 2.1 fold,having certain endurance resistant. The Fenpropathrin resistance level are 9.6 and 1.9 fold, the leaf mites of the experimental field having low level resistance. The Dicofol resistance level are 135.7 and 25.6 fold,respectively having high level and middle level resistance.
