【摘要】 目的　观察针刺对含 apo Eε4基因 AD患者 P30 0 认知电位的影响。方法与结果　把 P30 0 引入针刺治疗 AD的研究领域 ,与正常人比较 ,含 apo Eε4基因的 AD患者其认知电位 P30 0 的 N2 ,P3潜伏期明显延长 ,波幅明显降低。针刺有明显兴奋 AD患者认知电位 P30 0 的作用。结论　 P30 0 可作为 AD的诊断与疗效评定指标更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To observe the influence of acupuncture on cognitive evoked potential P 300 in AD patients with apoEε4 gene.Methods and Results P 300 was introduced into the research on acupuncture treatment of AD. Cognitive evoked potential P 300 N 2, P 3 latent period was significanlty prolonged and their amplitudes were significantly reduced in AD patients with apoEε4 gene as compared with normal persons. Acupuncture had a marked arousing effect on cognitive evoked potential P 300 in AD patients.Conclusion P 300 can be used as an index for the diagnosis of AD and the evaluation of the curative effect on it.更多还原
