【摘要】 目的　用耳穴贴压加胆宁片治疗胆囊疾病进行临床分析比较。方法　将磁珠分别按压在肝、胆、胰、脾、胃、神门、内分泌等穴位 ,并口服胆宁片 ,此为针药组 ,与单纯口服胆宁片的对照组进行比较。结果　针药组中 ,胆石症 130例 ,有效率 93% ,胆囊炎 42例 ,有效率 97% ,术后胆病 2 9例 ,有效率 96 % ,总有效率 95 % ;对照组有效率 86 %。两组比较 ,有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论　用耳穴贴压加中药治疗胆囊疾病 ,疗效明显高于单纯药物组更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical effects of “Danning Pill” and ear point application in the treatment of gallbladder diseases.Methods “Danning Pill” was orally taken after meal, 5 pills a time and 3 times per day, 30 days as a course of treatment and 2~3 courses in general. The magnetic beads were manufactured by TCM Company and applied on the ear points Gan, Dan, Yi, Pi, Wei, Shenmen and Neifenmi, 3 times a week and 10 times as a course.Results Among the subjects, the effective rate was 93% in the 130 cases of cholelithiasis and 97% in 42 cases of cholecystitis, 96% in the 29 cases of post operative gallbladder diseases; and the total effective rate was 95% in treatment group and 86% in control group, with a striking difference between them ( P <0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicinal herb in combination with ear point application was an effective, safe, simple and acceptable treatment in the treatment of gallbladder disease.更多还原
