【摘要】 目的　观察穴位注射法的镇痛作用及对循环功能的影响。方法　 80例孕妇随机分为穴位注射组和对照组。穴位注射组选用双侧足三里和三阴交穴 ,注入镇痛液 1m l～ 1.5 ml。术中连续监测血压和心率。结果　穴位注射组在吸宫及扩宫时的镇痛有效率分别为 90 %和 85 %。血压和心率与术前相比稳定 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论　该法对于缓解人工流产术的腹痛 ,预防人流综合征有较好的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The influence of acupoint injection on analgetic action and circulatory function was observed. Methods Eighty pregnant women were classified into acupoint injection group and control group at random. Women in the acupoint injection group were given injection of 1~1.5 ml of “analgetic liquid” at acupoints, bilateral Zusanli (ST36) and Sanyinjiao (SP6). The blood pressure and heart rate of all the subjects were continuously measured during the artificial abortion. Results In acupoint injection group, the effective rates in easing pain during the extracting and dilating the uterus were 90% and 85% respectively. In comparison with preabortion, the blood pressure and heart rate changed little after abortion( P >0.05). Conclusion Acupoint injection was quite effective in easing abdominal pain, preventing nausea, vomiting and comprehensive reaction after artificial abortion.更多还原
