【摘要】 为研究中医药治疗尿毒症的疗效与机理 ,将 10 0例尿毒症患者分为 2组 :治疗 (A)组 60例 ,药用肾衰冲剂 (药物组成 :党参 15g、丹参 15g、炮附子 10g、仙灵脾 15g、黄连 5g、制大黄 15g、虫草菌丝 5g) ,每日 1剂 ,连服 3 0～ 60d ;对照(B)组 40例 ,药用包醛氧化淀粉 ,每日 2次 ,每次 10g ,疗程同上。结果 :治疗组临床症状、体征和肾功能明显改善 ;血尿素氮、肌酐、甲基胍、胍基琥珀酸、中分子物质、甲状旁腺素、血磷等有不同程度降低 ;血红蛋白、内生肌酐清除率、血钙等有不同程度提高 ,与治疗前相比有明显差异 ,与对照组比较也有较大差异 (P <0 0 5～ 0 0 1)。提示扶正泄浊并重的肾衰冲剂能有效地排除尿毒症毒素。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to study the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Chinese medicine in the treatment of uremia,100 cases of uremia were divided into the two groups:60 cases in the treatment group(A),treated with“Renal Failure Granules”(herbal ingredients:Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae 15g,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae 15g,Radix Aconiti Praeparata 10g,Herba Epimedii 5g,Rhizoma Coptidis 5g,Radix Rhei 15g,Cordyceps hyphae 15g),one dose a day,for 30～60 days continuously,40 cases in the control group(B),treated with coated aldehyde oxystarch,twice a day,10g each time,same course as the above.The results showed the clinical symptoms,signs and renal functions were obviously improved in the treatment group,proved by decrease in urea nitrogen,creatinine,methylguanidine,guanidinosuccinic acid,medium molecular substance,parathyroid hormone and serum inorganic phosphorus in the different extent,and by enhancement in hemoglobin,endogenous creatinine clearance and blood calcium in the different extent,with a remarkable difference in comparison of before the treatments,and a bigger difference in comparison of the control group(P<005～001).The finding indicate that“Renal Failure Granules”to support the anti-pathogenic ability and expel the turbidity can effectively eliminate toxins in uremia.更多还原
