【摘要】 目的研究滴霉洗剂中蛇床子素含量测定的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法以甲醇 水 (75∶2 5 )为流动相 ,色谱柱为AlltimaC18(2 5 0mm× 4.6mm ,5 μm) ;流速为 1ml/min ;检测波长为 32 2nm。结果线性范围为 6 .0～18.0 μg ,r =0 .9999,加样回收率为 98.99% ,RSD为 0 .86 % (n =6 )。结论此法简便易行 ,结果准确 ,重现性好 ,灵敏度高 ,可用于控制生药及制剂的质量更多还原

【Abstract】 PurposeThe aim is to investigate a method of determination of Osthol in Lotion Dimei. Methods HPLC method was used with methanol water(75:25)as the mobile phase. The chromatographic column was Alltima C 18 (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,and the detection wave length was 322 nm.ResultsThe linear range was 6.0～18.0 μg, r =0.999 9,marked recovery rate was 98.99%, and RSD =0.86%( n =6).ConclusionThis method is simple , easy and reliable.It also has a good repeatability and sensibility.更多还原
