【摘要】 目的　探讨人体不同部位皮肤对川芎嗪渗透速率的差异。方法　采用Valia Chine扩散池与HPLC法测定男性 5个部位全皮和女性 8个部位全皮的川芎嗪体外渗透速率。结果　不同部位皮肤渗透速率大小为男 :额头 >耳后、大腿内侧 >腹部 >胸部 ;女 :额头、耳后 >股部、大腿内侧、上臂内侧、背部 >腹部 >胸部。结论　本结果为川芎嗪透皮给药系统的研究设计及临床选择合理用药部位提供了试验依据更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To study transdermal permeability of tetramethylpyrazine through human skin of different body regions. Methods Permeability of five sites of male cadaver skin and eight sites of female cadaver skin was tested by Valia?Chien cell and examined by HPLC. Results The order of permeability of male skin was:forehead>back ear,thigh>abdomen>chest and the order of permeability of female skin was:forehead,back ear>hip,thigh,upper arm,dorsal>abdomen>chest.
