【摘要】 目的　探讨榄香烯乳治疗胃癌细胞的作用机制。方法　应用四唑盐比色试验、端粒重复扩增 微孔板杂交法、TUNEL染色研究榄香烯乳对胃癌细胞SGC 790 1的细胞生长、端粒酶活性及诱导凋亡的作用。结果　榄香烯乳对胃癌SGC 790 1细胞生长具有较强的抑制作用。榄香烯乳抗癌作用与抑制端粒酶活性和诱导细胞凋亡有关。榄香烯乳抑制端粒酶活性的效果与浓度及时间相关。结论　榄香烯乳对胃癌细胞生长具有很强的抑制作用 ,与抑制端粒酶活性、诱导凋亡有关更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To identify the mechanism of elemene on gastric cancer cell. Methods Morphologic changes,supression rate,telomerase activity and apoptosis of gastric cancer SGC?7901 cells were studied by light microscopy,MTT assay,TRAP microtiter plate hybridization assay and TUNEL method with Elemene. Results Elemene had a remarkable supression effect on gastric cancer SGC?7901 cell line.Anticancer effect of elemene would be correlation with the supression of telomerse activty and induction of apoptosis.The effect of supression of telomerase activity would be relevant to the time and density of element. Conclusions Elemene can inhibit human gastric cancer SGC?7901 cells.The suppression of telomerase activity and induction of apoptosis would be a very important mechanism in the treatment of gastric cancer.更多还原
