大型油罐开孔壁板制作及焊后消除应力热处理
THE FABRICATION OF OPENING SHELL PLATE OF LARGE OIL TANK AND POST STRESS RELIEF HEAT TREATMENT
【摘要】 大型油罐开孔壁板在制作过程中由于焊缝比较集中 ,焊接变形不宜控制且很难矫形 ,因此以前主要是引进。中国石化工程建设公司和北京燕山石化公司建筑安装公司联合攻关研制。在油罐开孔壁板制作过程中 ,采取预变形措施、合理的焊接顺序、适宜的焊接方法和焊接规范以及加固措施 ;焊后热处理时 ,工件由卧置改为立置。试验研究获得成功 ,开孔壁板几何尺寸和材料性能均符合有关标准的要求。先后在大连西太平洋石化公司和北京燕山石化公司推广应用 ,获得业主的好评
【Abstract】 The large scale oil tank used to be imported,because the welding seam of the opening shell plate is relatively concentrative in the process of fabrication,the welding deformation is not easy to control,and is difficult to correct.China petrochemical construction company jointly with Beijing Yanshan petrochemical company,construction and installation company tackled key problems.In the process of opening shell plate fabrication of oil tank,the predeformation measure,resonable welding sequence,suitable welding method and welding code,and reinforcement measure are adopted.In heat treatment,the workpiece was changed from horizental setting to verticle setting.The testing research had success.All the geometrical dimension of opening shell plate and the material property conformed with the requirement of relevant code.This experience is spreaded and applied successively in dalian west pacific petrochemical company and Beijing Yanshan petrochemical company,and is well received by the owners.
