用间隙元求解枞树形叶根轮缘的接触问题
The Solution of the Contacting Problem of Fir-Tree Blade Root and Wheel Rim with Gap Element
【摘要】 就汽轮机枞树形叶根齿面与轮缘的接触状态进行了研究。通过在接触面上施加间隙元来解决叶根轮缘的接触问题 ,计算结果表明 :每一对叶根齿面的承载比直接取决于叶根齿与轮缘的初始接触情况 ,而每一对齿的内弧齿面的承载比与背弧齿面的承载比的变化则还与叶型相对叶根的位置有关。
【Abstract】 The contacting problem of the fir tree blade root and wheel rim of steam turbine is studied in this paper.The contacting problem is solved with the gap element placed on the contacting surfaces.The results show that the load bearing rate of each pair of blade root teeth directly depends on the original contacting state of the contacting surfaces between blade root and wheel rim ,and the changes of load bearing of the concave teeth and convex teeth are related to the relative position of the blade profile to the blade root.
