【Abstract】 During car frontal impact its front suspension, steering system and other mechanism motion will exert a great influence upon car frontal sheet-metal plate deformation, so we must pay more attention to this case in the simulation analysis. The mechanism motion in the process of impact should be precisely simulated, the adopted finite element software must have corresponding function.
