【摘要】 本文探讨大鼠脑缺血 再灌注的免疫损伤及复方水蛭合剂对其影响。检测Wistar大鼠脑缺血 再灌注模型的脑匀浆、血清补体C3、C4和NO含量及其病理改变。结果显示模型组脑匀浆、血清补体C3、C4和NO含量较正常组高 (P <0 0 1,0 0 0 1) ,出现明显病理改变 ;药物组脑匀浆、血清补体C3、C4和NO含量明显低于模型组 (P <0 0 1,0 0 5 ) ,病理损伤比模型组轻。认为复方水蛭合剂可降低脑缺血 再灌注大鼠补体C3、C4和NO含量 ,有抗脑缺血 再灌注免疫损伤作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the immune injuries after cerebral ischemia reperfusion in rats,the contents of C3,C4 and NO in brain homogenates and sera of rats were determined and the patholgical changes evaluated in the cerebral ischemia reperfusion models of Wistar rats The experimental results showed that the contents of C3,C4 and NO in brain homogenates and sera of the model group were significantly higher than normal controls and the pathological changes appeared obviously In case of the group treated with “Complex Hirudo",the contents of C3,C4 and NO in the brain homogenates and sera were lower than the model groups and the pathological changes showed a less degree of injuries It concludes from the above experiments that the contents of C3,C4 and NO could be reduced by the treatment with “Complex Hirudo" in cerebral ischemia reperfusion model of rats,and these medicinal herbs had some anti immune injury effect in this experimental nodel更多还原
