【Abstract】 Although some bad feeling from the first half of this century continues to linger between the two nations, China and Japan have developed strong interests in well being of one another in the past twenty years. One of the most special factor between sino-Japan relationship is Japanese Overseas Development Assistance(ODA) to China.
