【摘要】 随着全球经济发展以及我国社会主义市场经济体系的进一步建立和完善 ,高等学校面临的要求和发展环境已经并且正在发生深刻的变化 ,迫切需要建立一套基本而灵活的现代大学制度 ,以保障并促进我国众多高等学校朝着一流大学的目标加速发展 ,从而推动我国社会主义现代化建设。本文试从分析建立现代大学制度的外在动因和内在动因 ,以及如何理解现代大学制度的内涵出发 ,进一步加深对建立我国现代大学制度的紧迫性和现实意义的认识更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of Global economy and establishment of China’s socialist market economic system, profound changes are happening and have taken place in the situations and developing environment which Chinese institutions of higher learning are facing. Therefore it is in urgent need to set up a fundamental but flexible system of modern universities, so as to ensure and promote Chinese universities to develop into first class universities, and further accelerate our socialist modernization. By analyzing the internal and external factors of establishing a system of modern universities, this article helps people to better understand this system and be aware of the necessity and significance of establishing the system of Chinese modern universities.更多还原
