【Abstract】 In the academe, there are 3 kinds of attitudes towards whether to protect the reputation of decedents or not, and among them, the attitude of affirmation is dominant. There are 6 kinds of theories supporting this attitude, but every one of them has some deficiencies. Based on the rational connotations of the previous theories, the paper puts forward the theory of protecting extended right.更多还原
