【摘要】 在盐生盐藻 c DNA文库和基因组文库中对肌动蛋白基因进行了筛选 ,结果得到了一个c DNA克隆和两个基因克隆 ,并进一步从基因克隆中克隆出该基因的 5′上游片段 .检索结果表明 ,所得到的 c DNA和基因属于盐生盐藻的肌动蛋白基因 .通过将盐生盐藻肌动蛋白基因序列同其c DNA序列及其他生物的肌动蛋白序列相比较 ,给出了一个此基因 5′上游区大概的结构更多还原

【Abstract】 The cDNA library and genomic library of Dumaliella salina were screened for its actin gene, and one cDNA clone and two gene clones were isolated. Furthermore, a 5′ upstream fragment was cloned from a gene clone. This fragment and the insert of the cDNA clone were sequenced and sequences alignment were performed via the internet. The results prove convincingly that the inserts of the isolated cDNA and gene clones belong to the actin gene of Dunaliella salina , which, to our best knowledge, has not been cloned before. By aligning the actin gene sequence with its cDNA, and with actin sequences of other organisms, an approximate structure of the 5′ upstream region of the actin gene of D.salina was presented.更多还原
