马氏体相变塑性及其在淬火数值模拟中的应用
Martensitic Phase Transformation Plasticity and Its Application in Numerical Simulation of Quenching
【摘要】 相变塑性是淬火过程中伴随着马氏体相变所发生的一种特殊变形现象 .从 Greenwood-Johnson公式出发 ,通过实验测试出该公式中的常数 K,发现 K不仅与应力有关 ,而且和马氏体转变量的大小也有一定关系 .同时 ,提出了一种新的计算相变塑性的方法 .将该公式应用到淬火的数值模拟中 ,对比计算结果和实验测试结果表明 ,淬火模拟的数学模型中考虑相变塑性比不考虑相变塑性更符合实际情况 .
【Abstract】 Phase transformation plasticity is a special distortion phenomenon with phase transformation in quenching process. The parameter K in the Greenwood Johnson equation was determined by experiments. It is found that K is not only related to the stress, but also to the quantity of martensitic phase transformation. At the same time, a new method to calculate the phase transformation was presented. The Greenwood Johnson equation was applied in the numerical simulation of quenching process. Comparison between the calculating and testing results shows that the mathematical model of quenching with phase transformation plasticity is more coincident with the fact than the model without phase transformation plasticity.
