宝钢连铸中间包热状态测试与分析

【摘要】 连铸中间包内钢水温度是炼钢生产过程的重要工艺参数之一 ,影响该参数的因素很多 ,通过对宝钢炼钢部 6 0t中间包的包衬热状态进行测试 ,分析了包衬蓄热状况对中间包钢水温度的影响。

【Abstract】 Being affected by many factors,the temperature of liquid steel in a tundish was one of the important process parameters during steelmaking.The influence of lining heat status on the temperature of liquid steel in a tundish was analyzed by measuring the temperature of refractory lining of a 60t tundish at the steelmaking plant of Baosteel. [
