【摘要】 采用柴红归苓汤内服配合抗纤散外敷治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化 5 0例 ,并与单纯服用柴红归苓汤 40例比较 ,观察治疗前后患者血清 型前胶原、 型胶原、透明质酸、层黏蛋白、肝功能等指标变化。结果 :治疗组临床治愈 18例 ,显效 2 4例 ,好转 6例 ,无效 2例 ,总有效率为 96 .0 % ;对照组临床治愈 6例 ,显效 10例 ,好转 15例 ,无效 9例 ,总有效率为 77.5 % ;治疗组患者血清肝纤维指标较对照组明显改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Fifty cases of liver fibrosis due to chronic hepatitis B were treated with oral Chaihong Gui ling Decoction(柴红归苓汤,CGD)and external application of Kangxian Powder(抗纤散,KP) and 40 cases only treated withCGDwere sutup as the control group.Procollagen Ⅲ,collagen Ⅳ,laminin and hyaluronic acid were determined.Result:In the treatment group,18 cases were clinically cured,24 remarkably effective, 6 effective,2 ineffective and the total effective rate was 96%;In the control group,it respectively was 6,10,15,9 and 77.5%;The difference of fibrosis index between the control group and the treatment group was significant.更多还原
